GIAPlanner.net is an Internet based application which works within your modern web browser. We recommend Google Chrome. player/
May I use GIAPlanner.net at multiple locations?
Yes. GIAPlanner.net is an Internet based software. All your liturgy plans are stored on the internet. You have access to your plans from any computer as long as it is connected to the Internet. This will allow you to plan from home or your office.
Are my liturgy plans backed-up?
Yes. Your liturgy plans are backed-up once every hour. If the GIAPlanner.net database fails, your data will be recovered from the last hourly back-up.
What does "Drag and Drop" mean?
The technique to "drag and drop" involves moving the mouse pointer over an item, holding down the left mouse button, dragging the item to another location on the screen, then releasing the mouse button.
What is your refund policy?
GIAPlanner.net is a yearly subscription service. You may try the service for free before committing to a year subscription. At the end of the year you are welcome to either renew or decline the renewal. You are responsible for any payments you have already made.
