Manage your Liturgy Plans
With the GIAPlanner Manage Liturgies screen, you can choose a date from the liturgical calendar or plan a special liturgy. If you are planning a liturgy similar to one you planned in the past, you can copy the past service as a starting point for your new one. All your previously planned liturgies are available to you at any time. (The FREE subscription keeps only the five most recent plans available. All your liturgies become available upon upgrading to a paid subscription starting at $39/year.)

You won’t run out of ideas—GIA provides enough resources to last for the entire liturgical year. In addition, you'll have access to suggested music for each part of the service. Just select a title and drop it into your plan. You can save even more time by inserting your favorite service into one template for quick reference.

Manage liturgical ministers with ease
Keeping liturgical ministers informed of your planned liturgy is a breeze. Enter all your ministers’ names into GIAPlanner.net, and then assign them to roles for each service. When you are done, GIAPlanner.net will e-mail the completed liturgy plan to each participating minister.
E-mail your planned liturgy
Once you have completed your planned liturgy, e-mail it to your liturgical ministers with one click. Those assigned to the plan will receive an e-mail with a printable PDF of the liturgy plan.
